We want you to love your Noorélia LTD purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Please contact us at contact@noorélia.com to start a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and custom jewellery cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is approved.
